We count a challenge when an attempt begins. An accepted QR scan starts the meter once. An untouched QR costs nothing.
On the same phone, an accepted Begin action is the equivalent start. Once initiated, the attempt counts even if it is refused, fails or is abandoned.
Before taxes. Allowances reset monthly in UTC. This models the plan you select; it is not a lowest-cost recommendation.
Build the integration before you put it in production. 1,000 probes and 1,000 initiated challenges each UTC month, with no card required. The sandbox stops at its limits and never bills overage.
A QR challenge counts once when the server accepts a valid, fresh scan. In the same-device phone flow, it counts when the visitor presses Begin and the server accepts the start. Creating or displaying a QR, polling it, or letting it expire before initiation does not consume a challenge.
It still counts. Repeated scans, reloads and retries within the same challenge do not add another unit. A new challenge counts only when it is initiated. An attacker who deliberately initiates valid attempts can still consume usage. Rate limits continue to apply.
Anomaly and Incursion include a ZDR schedule for the agreed endpoint. It defines measurement data, permitted transient processing and deletion boundaries. Billing records, workspace administration and any separately enabled challenge credentials are addressed explicitly. Private or air-gapped guarantees require a Scale deployment agreement.
Telegram onboarding establishes the contacts and escalation route. Response windows, coverage, mitigation scope and the ZDR schedule are documented in the service order. Scale is an annual agreement with deployment scope and acceptance criteria, including Docker or Kubernetes/Helm where agreed.
No detector can credibly promise that. We validate reported contradictions and fix factual errors. Device links carry their documented assurance limits. You tune the application policy for your traffic; a correct measurement is not suppressed to change who it identifies.
Prices are in USD, before applicable taxes. Included usage resets on the first of each UTC month. Subscription invoices follow your billing cycle. Card plan changes are prorated; crypto changes apply at renewal. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed pricing until a migration is agreed. Scale terms are annual and defined in the order.
Yes, subject to prior written approval and a service order covering its activity, jurisdiction and integration. Signal, Anomaly and Incursion can support approved deployments. Scale is for private deployment, custom capacity or additional contract requirements.
